All scheduled applicants must wear a face covering upon arrival and follow health guidelines to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Please read the Access and Security Notice on our webpage.
Is my project eligible for financial assistance, and where can I find more information on grants?
The U.S. Embassy in Cyprus follows a standardized funding process for all types of federal awards. You can access a comprehensive guide to funding opportunities on our website at https://cy.usembassy.gov/grants, including all required documentation and forms. We are only able to consider proposals submitted during the Notice of Funding Opportunities (NOFO) period as posted on that page. At times, we also announce funding opportunities on the Embassy's social media channels
Are Fulbright scholarships still available for study in the U.S.?
Scholarships for undergraduate and graduate study are no longer available. However, the U.S. government provides educational exchange opportunities for Americans and Cypriots through other programs, as listed at https://cy.usembassy.gov/education/.
